Great location near Banff Trail station Bed was very comfy, great shower with easy to control temperature, good sized room, quiet at night Good breakfast with plenty of choice Staff were very good, twice looking after my luggage whilst I visited the city centre

This is perfect for a quick stop if you have something in the university/NW area. It's clean, efficient, quiet, and adequate. It's in a row of hotels, so don't expect any green space to wander leisurely. Close to main arteries, surprisingly quick to get downtown. Breakfast was basic with a varied selection of hot and cold.

The staff were super freindly. The room very very clean. The bed and comfy and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was delicious as well. I recommend this place and will do so others! 10/10

It was a super experience. The staffs, however, is the thing that made it really sensational. They were so eager to help. The real surprise was the restaurant. I did not expect to eat there maybe more than once, but I kept coming back.

A modern hotel with good parking. Compared with a lot of Canadian hotels of this price the breakfast is excellent. It also has a bar if you want to chill which is open between 3pm and 10pm. I'll definitely book the Aloft again.

They were very happy with the room but my Mom's bed was short-sheeted!? My Uncle's room bad was made correctly. They were happy to be on the main floor as they are seniors. They also loved the walk-in shower.
